Return Window
Customers may request a return or refund within 7 business days from the date of purchase. This allows sufficient time to inspect the product and decide whether to keep it.

Return Inspection & Notification
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or phone within 5 business days to confirm whether your refund request has been approved or denied.

Refund Processing
If your refund is approved:

• Please note, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
